        • Payment authorization failure,

        • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.

      If we cannot process or accept your order after payment has been made (e.g. product out of stock), we will cancel the order (in full or in part) and issue a refund for the relevant amount, subject to any applicable processing fees as described in the Payments & Refunds section.


      6. Pricing, Availability & Errors

      • All prices on the Site are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), unless stated otherwise.

      • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

      • We try to ensure that all information, including prices, descriptions, and images, is accurate. However, mistakes can occur.

      If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you ordered:

      • We may contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price, or

      • Cancel the order and refund any amount paid for that product.

      We are not obligated to honor orders where a pricing or product error is obvious or could reasonably have been recognized as a mistake.


      7. Payment Methods & 3% Card Processing Fee

      We may offer several payment methods on the Site, such as:

      • Debit / credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

      • Cash on delivery (COD), where available.

      • Any other methods displayed at checkout from time to time.

      7.1 Card Payments (Visa / Mastercard / etc.)

      When you pay by card:

      • Your payment is processed securely through a third-party payment gateway.

      • Once your transaction is completed, the payment gateway charges non-refundable processing fees.

      Card Payment Cancellation / Refund Fee (3%)
      If you cancel an order or request a refund for an order that was paid by card:

      • A 3% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the payment gateway’s non-refundable transaction fees.

      • This applies to:

        • Order cancellations requested by the customer.

        • Order refunds requested by the customer (except where the refund is due to our mistake, such as wrong item or defective product).

      If the order is canceled or refunded due to an error from our side (for example: wrong item sent, item not available, confirmed defect), we may refund the full amount you paid for the product, including the 3% fee, at our discretion.


      8. Shipping & Delivery

      We deliver orders within Egypt through third-party courier companies.

      • Estimated dispatch time: typically within 24–48 business hours after order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

      • Delivery time depends on your location and courier service performance.

      You are responsible for providing a correct and complete address and an active phone number. If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, your order may be returned to us, and:

      • We may deduct shipping costs (and any applicable return costs) from any refund, if applicable.

      • We may cancel the order if it is undeliverable.

      Any delivery dates provided are estimates, and delays can occur due to courier, weather, holidays, or other external factors. We are not liable for courier delays outside our control.


      9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

      Our Return Policy is an integral part of these Terms.

      9.1 Return Period

      • We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order.

      To be eligible for a return, the item must:

      • Be in the same condition as received.

      • Be unopened, unused, and unworn.

      • Have all original tags, seals, and packaging intact.

      • Include proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

      9.2 How to Request a Return

      If your return is approved:

      • We will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

      • In some cases, we may arrange return shipping through our courier partners.

      Items sent back without prior approval may be refused.

      9.3 Non-Returnable Items

      Due to the nature of our products, some items cannot be returned, including:

      • Opened or used perfumes.

      • Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or makeup products.

      • Perfume samples.

      • Items not in their original packaging or missing labels/seals.

      • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page.

      • Gift cards.

      If you are unsure whether a product is eligible for return, please contact us before opening or using it.

      9.4 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

      If you believe there is a confirmed issue with the product, such as damage resulting from shipping or receiving an item different from what was ordered, you may contact us at support@zacshop.com within the applicable return period.

      All claims are reviewed after delivery in accordance with our internal inspection and return procedures. Please note that opening or inspecting the product at the time of delivery is not permitted, and any evaluation of the product is conducted only after the order has been successfully received.

      To assess your claim, we may request supporting information, including but not limited to:

      • Photos or videos related to the issue

      • Batch number or barcode images (for perfumes and cosmetics)

      • Packaging photos, if applicable

      If, after review, the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will proceed with the appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies, which may include replacement or refund, as applicable.

      9.5 Perfume Performance & Personal Reactions

      • Fragrance longevity, sillage, and performance can vary based on body chemistry, skin type, environment, and other factors.

      • Because of this, fragrance performance or personal preference is not considered a product defect.

      • Skin reactions or allergies are individual; we recommend checking ingredients carefully and testing cautiously. We are not the manufacturer and cannot guarantee reactions on each skin type.

      Returns based solely on personal preference (e.g. “I don’t like the scent” / “it doesn’t last enough on me”) for opened perfumes or used cosmetics are generally not accepted.

      9.6 Exchanges

      The fastest way to get a different item is:

      1. Request a return for the original item (if eligible).

      2. Place a new order for the product you want.

      Once we receive and approve the return, we will process your refund according to these Terms.

      9.7 Refund Processing

      Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether your refund is approved.

      • If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method, subject to:

        • Deduction of the 3% card processing fee (for card payments), where applicable.

        • Deduction of any shipping costs or return shipping costs, where applicable.

      Refund processing time:

      • We process eligible refunds on our side within a reasonable period.

      • Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account. This is outside our control.


      10. Use of the Site

      You agree not to:

      • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

      • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Site, servers, or networks.

      • Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.

      • Post or send any content that is:

        • Defamatory, abusive, harmful, harassing, obscene, or offensive.

        • Racially, culturally, or religiously offensive.

        • Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive.
